Holes in My Head, Streaming Things, and More - Oh My!

Well, hey there, Kit here...aka Vixen. Been a while since we had a little chat.

And, as this is a first for doing this for me, and something I think I'm going to call "Vixen Bites". For one, the whole fox/vixen thing plays nicely and it's a bite sized look into my world as the day to day happenings is going on.

Just how frequently they are, or how small? Well, never know...the noms could be bigger or smaller depending on what's going on. I did play with the idea of using my normal hashtag of "vixenlife" but that's what this whole site is, right? Also, new logo thing! Not sure how widespread I'm going to use it for things, but you'll be seeing it a lot more. The "kitsune hazard" logo isn't going anywhere though, so never fear!

So, with that said, let's get on with the very first one of these, shall we?

As you're probably wondering, the headline here has a lot to do what I'm about to talk about. That is, putting random ass holes in my head. I mean, never can have enough piercings, am I right? Not to mention, it's been a while since I've had any such things. Since I had been wanting to, it was time to head down to Amarillo this past weekend and drop in on the folks at the Music Box Body Art Studio on 10th Street.

For this one, I had decided that I wanted to get my ears punched, and the only real way to do that is going to somewhere professional and having it done properly. Why? Well, I'm starting things out at 10 gauge piercing and then likely going to stretch them out to an 4 or 2 and having a good starting foundation for that is important.

Okay, so, why am I being so specific about all of this? That's because the people kick ass and my piercer, Tyler, was just insanely awesome.

Right off the bat, I'll admit, I'm a bit of wimp when it comes to needles and in my moment of weird lightheadedness and needing to calm down for a few? Tyler was right there to make sure I was good before we started, and then let me chill as long as I needed to after we were finished as well. Not to mention, the dude knows his shit and I loved how quick and effortless he made the entire experience seem.

Now, getting pierced (or punched as in my case) isn't for everyone and even though I would recommend even just a simple ear piercing be done by someone that knows what they're doing and not with a gun in the mall. Sure, the guns work, but I dunno, they squick me out a bit too with how often they're used on people and no real autoclave around to clean them properly, ya know?

This angle makes my nose look so damn big!
Anyway, really wanted to give a massive shout out to the crew down at Music Box for being awesome, and not even that expensive. All things considered, came out to about $95 and if I had a bit more available, I would've tipped some more as well, but next time for sure guys, and I will definitely be back!

I mean, seriously, just look at that, and uh...don't mind how messy the kitchen here is at all because, well...I haven't gotten around to taking care of that just yet. Why? Have you seen all the articles that I've been doing lately?! That's why!

Speaking of that, been doing the legwork for all things Haunt Season around here and lining up all the stuff for Haunt Tour 2017. I've talked about that a lot lately, but it's something that's near and dear to my heart, and insane, so it's gonna be kinda all over the place and infecting...everything. Though, I will say that I'm super excited for the chance to visit some haunted attractions that I've been dying to get to for years now and it's finally happening! (insert little foxy happy dance here)

The crew that's traveling with me? Not a lot of haunt working experience but they all love Halloween, like really love it. So, I'm looking forward to seeing just what they think of some of these places as we're all going to be experiencing them for the first time together. Meanwhile, back home, I've been laying some groundwork for Kverse crew's very own, Fil to attend some of the annual haunts we hit back around the Philly area. I'm really excited and curious to see just what he comes up with for his reviews. You should be too, maybe...or scared, we'll see.

I'm also going to be starting up streaming soon. Yep, you've heard that before but this time I really, really mean it. What am I going to stream? Well, obviously haunt stuff, but also games! Yep, I play a lot of those and lately it's been a mixed bag between things like MechWarrior Online, Wildstar, Overwatch, Rainbow Six: Siege, and a few other titles that tickle me from time to time. So, that's definitely something you'll want to check out. And, you can do that by heading over to my Twitch channel or hitting up YouTube here as I do things on both!

Speaking of Twitch, I'll be attending TwitchCon in October as well! Which, hysterically enough, is having their con party at Dark Harbor. Where is my foxy ass staying? The Queen Mary, where Dark Harbor is. Talk about some coincidence on that one! While in the area, we'll also be hitting Knott's Scary Farm and some other stuff. So, be sure to keep an eye out for all of that as we get closer.

Hmm, what else? I think that might be everything for this round. Definitely have to come back around for another one of these to talk about some other things. Like, why am I wearing a collar? What's a little slave vixen do for fun? And maybe some other delicious little bdsm and M/s topics. Yeah, that'll be in the next one!

Overall though, it just feels good to be back in the swing of things here and looking forward to sharing everything I have in the works with everyone soon!

Until then?

Sweet Screams and Pleasant Nightmares!
