[HHN]/Insidious Coming to Universal Hollywood?

On the even of Universal Hollywood's next maze announcement, which will take place at Scare LA around 1:30pm tomorrow, it looks like there's been a little spy work being done by the hardcore fans.

Thanks to one of their moderators, who goes by the name "Freak" over on the HorrorNightNightmares forums for snagging the pic and pointing this out!

Judging by the photos below, it's not hard to see how this connection is being made. The eaves of the house from the movie poster and what's being worked on outside of the Jurassic Park building are very similar in nature. There also seems to be similarities with the window opening as well, each of them matching up to their counterparts extremely well...

The general consensus out there seems to think that there would be plenty of material to use for this as a theme as well. So much so that I'm finding myself agreeing with them and imagining the possibilities of just what could be done. This is only amplified with the fact that Insidious 2 comes out this September 13th. Can't think of a much better lead in than that, can you?

In addition to this there's been a little guess work of where mazes will be within the park itself. So far the general idea looks to be as follows:

*New* Persian Square Venue - Black Sabbath
Jurassic Park Venue - Insidious
The Mummy Venue - Evil Dead
Sound Stage - The Walking Dead
Terror Tram - The Walking Dead

Already, USH has revealed that they'll be doing a maze based on Evil Dead (along with Universal Orlando) and their own The Walking Dead experiences. Their first break from the Orlando event was the announcement of the Black Sabbath themed maze earlier this week. Adding in another big horror movie franchise seems about par for the course...even if there is a growing number of people who want them to go back to a more creative and unique way of doing things.

Stay tuned as we here at Kitsuneverse follow the news coming out of Scare LA tomorrow and to see if the fans of Halloween Horror Nights are right...or if they've been suckered.
