[Haunts] New Mazes and Scarezones for Fright Fest at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

To be honest, not much is really known about this year's Fright Fest at any Six Flags park. However, it seems that the folks down at Fiesta Texas have been a little more giving with the information.

So, what do we have? Well, it's pretty vague outside of the two new haunts that are coming for this year's events and a couple of returning mazes...

The biggest thing to take away is that they mention a "NEW" Fear House and "New" Total Darkness. Both aren't exactly original names, but we are dealing with Six Flags here. Not known for originality in naming things most of the time so we take what we can get.

Rockville High School and Midnight Mansion are both returning as well as the addition of "all new scare-zones", whatever those will be...we have no clue really. The only other information we have is the dates as reported on earlier. Fright Fest at SFFT will run between Oct 5th-27th.

There are a few other details about the event from their website for their "Thrills by Day" activities, however, which include an all new Twick or Tweet...

  • NEW Twick or Tweat Twail   — Located at the White Water Bay, the Twick or Tweat Twail takes the little ghouls and ghosts in your group on a ghoulishly fun adventure as they stop and visit the houses of their favorite  Looney Tunes characters including Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, Foghorn Leghorn, and the Tazmanian Devil and collect candy on each stop!
  • Spooky Cookie Pumpkin Decorating — For a ghoulish fun time and some sweet treats to satisfy your little ghouls and ghosts sweet tooth, visit Spooky Cookie Pumpkin Decorating located in Crackaxle Canyon! Design and decorate a special cookie filled with all of your favorite toppings such as sprinkles, frosting, and chocolate chips and create the most monstrous cookie to suit your ghoulish needs (nominal fee).
  • Spooky Photo Opportunities — Capture all your spooky and fun moments with your family in front of our special Pumpkin Patch located in Crackaxle Canyon, if you would like a more spooky picture we will also have several empty coffins so that you may pretend to rise from the grave like the undead!
And there ya have it...for now at least. Until the main site for this year's Fright Fest goes live this is pretty much all we have to go on. Here's to hoping that happens sooner, rather than later!
