Well, the first con of the year is quickly approaching, only about two weeks to go, and I have to say that I'm rather excited about this one. CK (Carrie of Insanity Lurks Inside) and I had a blast last year and we're hoping to continue that tradition with things this year as well.

Ohayocon takes place January 18th-20th, 2013 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Badges are still available for purchase at the door. $55 for the full weekend (Friday, Sat and Sun). Other badge options are described on the Ohayocon pre-reg website*.
*Note: Pre-reg is closed for the event, only at door badges are available now.

That said, we're going to do some things differently around here and there will be live updating of the blog along with my Google+ and Twitter accounts as well. A few things you expect are:

• Interviews with various cosplayers
• Interviews with guests
• Video of happenings
• Live updates of various goings on
• Cosplay pics (lots and lots of these)
• And more!

Can it be done? We'll just have to wait and find out! Either way, keep an eye out for the above banner image to be popping up quite a bit to signify posts while we're on site.

Until then, however, let's take a look back at some of the cosplay that we were witness to during last year, shall we?

I'm still looking for a better option to display large amounts of photos, hopefully that's solved sometime between now and doing the con write up in a couple of weeks!
