Established in 1988, Baby, the Stars Shine Bright is a lolita fashion clothing brand founded by Akinori and Fumiyo Isobe in Tokyo, Japan. The sister brand, Alice and the Pirates, was created in 2004. BABY will host a Tea Party at Anime Midwest, hosted by a BABY designer that's yet to be announced. However, this will be an upcharged event during the convention and tickets run $40.00 per person, and you're are generally asked to wear at least one BABY item if you do go. Also, please not that no cosplay allowed, only lolita fashion which makes sense if you think about it for a minute.

If you like what you see while at the event or can't make it, you're in luck. Representatives from the BABY store in San Francisco will also be exhibiting in the convention's exhibit hall.

More details are to be announced soon and the official event website will be updated with the latest information when it comes available.
