[Site Update] New PCs and Other Things

Sorry for the lack of posts in the past few days, but I've been putting together two new PCs for myself and +Carrie H.C.. Normally that wouldn't seem like a huge deal, but it's been a very long while since either of us have done anything like this and it also has required quite a bit of rearranging where we work.

The joys of small living quarters, right? It's been interesting and we still haven't figured out all the logistics of things yet, but we're getting there. It's kind of like shoveling kittens at times.

For those curious of why we decided to build our own and why now? Well, our laptops were definitely getting up there in age. While they're both still quite good and can get the basics taken care of, they're just not cutting it these days as far as a lot of other things we do for not only Kitsuneverse, but also Carrie's site, InSanity lurks Inside. We plan to take a lot more video and photos, which means more YouTube and Vimeo posting as well, but since we want to bring you everything in HD it meant that we needed a massive upgrade. I mean, her MBP is now 7 years old and my Toshiba is pushing about 6 years, definitely time for an upgrade! Oh yeah, and the screen on my Qosmio was starting to go a bit revolutionary on me at that.


That said, things are slowly getting back to normal today and I'm hoping to have some new stuff around here later tonight or tomorrow morning. So, stay tuned for all kinds of fun new things from both sites!
