[Haunts] Pittsburgh's Hundred Acres Manor Turns Off the Lights for One More Scare!

Most people think that once Halloween comes the haunt season is over. Oh, you couldn't be more wrong. Several haunts have started to do special events the weekend after, and Hundred Acres Manor is no exception to this.

Hundred Acres Manor, just outside of Pittsburgh, is hands down one of our favorite haunts and one of the most well rounded. How good? Well...they won our "Best Overall Haunt" award last year and they've put up some stiff competition for this year's as well (more on that later). Can check out our review from earlier this year here!

So, on November 7th and 8th (that's this weekend!) you can get a chance to witness the insanity that is Hundred Acres Manor once again but in an all new way. They're turning out all the lights, bu that's not all. I have word that there's a few other tricks up their sleeves for this weekend too...what they are? Only time will tell!

Tickets are only $20 a person and donations will be given to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through Team Lorri. The funds donated will be used for life saving cancer research and support  of patients with blood cancer. So, ya get to get your scare on and help out a damn good cause, what more can you ask for?

Here's the official release from the folks at Hundred Acres Manor:
"Hundred Acres Manor is OPEN of one final scare of the season, but in a way you have never experienced Hundred Acres Manor before! "Lights Out" at Hundred Acres Manor tickets are ON SALE NOW and are VERY LIMITED, this event WILL SELL OUT so get your tickets ASAP! How does it work?
  • - Your group gets a SINGLE glow stick...
  • - You sign a waiver...
  • - We turn off the lights...
  • Will you be scared? Ummm...no, you will be TERRIFIED!!!
Wanna know more? Check out the official Hundred Acres Manor website for all the details and to get tickets. As they said, this one will sell out quick so get on it. I know that myself and +Carrie H.C. can't wait to see this one first hand and you really shouldn't miss it either!
