Well, looks like the folks down at Busch Gardens Tampa aren't letting Universal have all the fun. So much so, they actually posted this stuff about a week before the HHN folks. However, it's not much to go on at all, but it definitely looks like something new is coming for this year's Howl-O-Scream.
The only other news that we had was their announcement for dates of this year's event, and outside of that, just lots of hinting since December. This time around, they included a few pictures for us. I'd really love to say that I have more on this, but I really don't.
There does seem to be a common theme here, though, and looks like something is being unearthed/uncovered and definitely some kind of home or something along those lines. Not sure if it's a more period style thing, or something more recent, as there's not much to go on here at all. Kind get a "Cabin in the Woods" kinda vibe from it, but that could just be me.
Also, no clue what area the sign is referring to or if it's just something that will play into the theme of things down the road. Anyone's guess is good right now!
Stay tuned for more info out of Howl-O-Scream Tampa, as I'm sure they'll start making some more announcements and hints soon enough. We're only 4 months away from haunt season and it's definitely gonna get interesting.
